Shipping Policy

Carrier
All orders ship via USPS (United States Postal Service). USPS is our primary and standard carrier for all US domestic orders. USPS permits the shipment of compliant hemp products under Publication 52, Section 453.
We do not ship via FedEx. UPS may be used as a backup carrier in limited circumstances, subject to full compliance documentation requirements.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation. Drop releases may have longer processing windows due to order volume — any extended timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a USPS tracking number once your order ships.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. USPS transit times may vary due to volume, weather, or other factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
Restricted States — We Do Not Ship To:
Seeds are explicitly illegal or present unacceptable enforcement risk in these states. Orders with shipping addresses in these states will be automatically cancelled and fully refunded. No exceptions.
Customer Responsibility for Local Laws
RAW Roots ships collectible souvenir seeds in compliance with applicable federal law. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to know and comply with all state, county, and local laws governing the possession of cannabis seeds in their jurisdiction.
By placing an order, you represent and warrant that possession of our products is legal in your jurisdiction and that you are 21 years of age or older. RAW Roots assumes no liability for orders shipped to addresses where possession may be restricted under state or local law.
Packaging
All orders ship in plain, discreet outer packaging with no cannabis-related imagery or branding on the exterior. Return address will display our company name and address without cannabis-specific branding. Each package includes required documentation as required by federal hemp shipping regulations.
All seed packs are individually sealed and tamper-evident inside the shipment.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. RAW Roots is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment at your expense. Returned packages that cannot be re-shipped will be refunded minus original shipping costs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is handed to USPS and shows as delivered per tracking, RAW Roots is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:
- Check with neighbors and building management
- File a missing mail claim at usps.com
- Contact us at [email protected] — we will investigate and assist where possible

International Shipping
We do not ship internationally. All orders must have a US domestic shipping address. This includes US territories — availability may vary.
