1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using growrawroots.com (the “Site”) or purchasing any products from Breedtech LLC d/b/a RAW Roots (“RAW Roots,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or purchase our products.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase from RAW Roots. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. We reserve the right to request proof of age and to cancel orders where age cannot be verified.

3. Nature of Products — Collectible Souvenir Seeds

All seeds sold by RAW Roots are offered exclusively as collectible souvenir items for genetic preservation and educational purposes. They are not sold with any representation, warranty, or implication that they will be germinated.

RAW Roots makes no germination guarantees. The purchase of seeds does not constitute authorization, encouragement, or instruction to cultivate cannabis plants. Buyers assume full legal responsibility for the use of any product purchased.

Nothing on this Site constitutes legal advice. It is your responsibility to know and comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction before purchasing or possessing any product sold by RAW Roots.

4. Geographic Restrictions

RAW Roots ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally.

We do not ship to the following states where seeds are explicitly prohibited or enforcement risk is high:

• Idaho — seeds are explicitly included in the statutory definition of controlled cannabis
• Kansas — comprehensive cannabis prohibition with no exceptions
• South Carolina — seeds are explicitly listed as prohibited

Orders with shipping addresses in these states will be cancelled and refunded. We reserve the right to expand this restriction list at any time in response to changes in applicable law.

Customers in all other states remain solely responsible for compliance with their own state and local laws. We make no representation that our products are legal in your jurisdiction.

5. Federal Law Compliance

RAW Roots operates in compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill and applicable hemp regulations. Cannabis seeds, by their nature, contain no measurable delta-9 THC and meet the federal definition of hemp under current law.

Customers are advised that federal law governing cannabis seeds is subject to change. Section 781 of the current farm bill framework takes effect November 12, 2026. RAW Roots reserves the right to modify, restrict, or discontinue product availability in response to changes in federal law.

6. Intellectual Property

RAW™ is a trademark of HBI International. RAW Roots is produced and distributed by Breedtech LLC under exclusive sublicense. All use of the RAW trademark is governed by that sublicense agreement.

All other content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Breedtech LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

7. Product Pricing and Availability

Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel orders at our sole discretion. Drop releases are limited-edition and subject to availability.

We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing or product descriptions. If a pricing error is identified after an order is placed, we will contact you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or receive a full refund.

8. Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to: shipping address in a restricted state, suspected fraudulent activity, inability to verify age, or product unavailability.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are sold “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, RAW Roots disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Breedtech LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or purchase of our products, including but not limited to: lost profits, loss of data, personal injury, property damage, or legal consequences arising from the buyer's use of purchased products.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable order.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Breedtech LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your purchase, possession, or use of our products; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any applicable law.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your purchase shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada. You consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
