Seeds are sold for genetic preservation and educational purposes; no germination outcome is guaranteed or implied.

How old do I have to be, and how do you check my age?

You must be 21 years of age or older to use this site or to buy from it. The age screen is your own representation and is not an identity check, so we may also ask for reasonable information to verify age, identity, address or eligibility, and we may reject or cancel an order where that cannot be completed, in which case the order is refunded. How much does a pack cost?

Every pack is $50.00, and the price is the same for every strain. Shipping is added on top.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is a flat $9.00, and free on orders of $100.00 or more.

When will my order ship, and when is delivery?

Delivery takes 3–5 business days from payment confirmation. That is the whole journey: processing, packing and carrier transit are all inside it, not added to it. Weekends and holidays do not count. Drop releases can take longer to process because of volume, and we tell you at checkout when that applies.

How do I track it?

We email you as soon as your order leaves, with the tracking number and a link straight to the carrier. Carriers can take a day to show the first scan, so a number that looks inactive on the first evening is normal. Your order and its status also live on your account page.

Which cards do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we take debit and credit cards. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club all work, whether it is a credit, debit or prepaid card. At checkout, choose the Debit/Credit card option whenever it is listed, and you pay on a secure payment page. Having trouble finding it? Our team is happy to help.

Is there a gift option?

No, we don't sell gift cards right now. If you'd like to send one as a gift, you can place the order yourself and have it shipped straight to the person you're gifting it to.

Can I return or exchange a pack?

Accepted Answer

All purchases are final: these are collector items, and a pack that has left our hands cannot be resold. The exception is arrival damage: if the packaging is damaged in a way that compromises the pack, write to us with photographs and we will make it right. The full terms are on the Refund Policy page.

Can I change my address or cancel?

Ask as early as you can, from the order on your account page. Before it is packed we can usually do both; once it has shipped we cannot stop it, though refusing the delivery gets it back to us.

Is this legal?

Cannabis seeds can be legally purchased and held in most US states. Verifying what is permitted where you live, before germination, is the buyer's responsibility.

Are your strains feminized?

Yes. Every Raw Roots pack is feminized seed, including the autoflower strains, so what you buy is always feminized.

Do you sell autoflower and photoperiod strains?

Accepted Answer

Yes, both. Autoflower and Photoperiod are the two genetics types in our catalog, and every strain's page names which one it is before you buy. The difference between them is age versus light: an Autoflower strain moves into bud on its own once it reaches a certain age, no matter what the light around it looks like, while a Photoperiod strain waits for the light around it to change first, the way it would outdoors as the days shorten.

Will a sold-out strain come back?

No. Each strain is released once as part of a limited edition, and when an edition is finished it is not reprinted, so we do not restock one that has sold out. New strains arrive as a new edition and are announced on the drop page, where you can ask to be emailed when the next one opens.

Which US states do you ship to, and do you ship internationally?

United States (USA) addresses only, every state except Idaho, Kansas, Kentucky, Missouri, New Jersey, Ohio, South Carolina, Virginia and West Virginia right now. We do not ship internationally, to APO, FPO or DPO addresses, or anywhere else outside the US, so that also means no Canada, England, the United Kingdom or Israel. Puerto Rico and other US territories depend on their classification and the available postal service. Eligible destinations can change, so write to us if you are unsure about an address.

What does my package or box look like, and is it discreet?

We use reasonably protective, discreet outer packaging. We do not promise absolute anonymity: a carrier, payment processor, fulfillment provider or authority may access information needed for service or legal compliance.
