When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation. USPS First Class takes 3–7 business days after that, and Priority Mail 2–3. Drop releases can take longer to process because of volume, and we tell you at checkout when that applies.

How do I track it?

We email you as soon as your order leaves, with the tracking number and a link straight to the carrier. Carriers can take a day to show the first scan, so a number that looks inactive on the first evening is normal. Your order and its status also live on your account page.

What does the package look like?

Accepted Answer

A plain white mailer with no logos, no cannabis references and no product descriptions on the outside. Your bank statement shows BREEDTECH GENETICS.

Do you ship outside the US?

No — the United States only. Orders to Idaho, Kansas and South Carolina are cancelled and refunded, so please check before ordering if you are in one of those states.

Can I return or exchange a pack?

Accepted Answer

All purchases are final: these are collector items, and a seed pack that has left our hands cannot be resold. The exception is arrival damage — if the packaging is damaged in a way that compromises the pack, write to us with photographs and we will make it right. Can I change my address or cancel?

Ask as early as you can, from the order on your account page. Before it is packed we can usually do both; once it has shipped we cannot stop it, though refusing the delivery gets it back to us. Either way a person answers you, and the answer is kept with the order.

Are these authentic?

Every Raw Roots pack is a numbered collector item released under exclusive license from HBI International, the company behind the RAW trademark. Seeds are sold for genetic preservation and educational purposes; no germination outcome is guaranteed or implied.

Is this legal?

Cannabis seeds can be legally purchased and held in most US states. Verifying what is permitted where you live, before germination, is the buyer's responsibility.

What is in a pack?

Four seeds, numbered as part of a limited edition. Each strain is released once — when an edition is finished it is not reprinted.

Do you sell wholesale?

Yes, to shops and distributors. Pricing improves with volume and the first minimums are small. The wholesale page has the terms and takes applications.
